Our ships have sailed!

The MV Salmon Seeker, MV Marabell and MV Charlotte Princess all set sail early this morning, bound for the rich fishing grounds of the Queen Charlotte Islands. The crew of the ships have been working flat-out the past few weeks, loading boats, gear and food and making sure that everything is 'ship-shape' for the salmon fishing season ahead. Based at the April Point Marina, each resort was a sight to behold. The docks were strewn with gear and there was a constant stream of trades-people, crew, captains and safety experts all working busily. Now, the ships sail north from Quadra Island, bound for Kano Inlet and Langara Island.
