Hey folks. Cookie here again with the latest news from Langara. Chinook are showing up in waves with some good signs of those June monsters we have been looking for. We had a 40lber from Lacy in last night and the Marabell had tandem 50 pounders a few days ago.
We are being kept fairly busy processing members of the new Captain's Club for Chinooks over 30lbs.Andrews Point has been the most productive for salmon with the strikes coming at all depths The bottom fishing has been consistently excellent with most people limiting on halibut and Lings.
Salmon University gets here tomorrow and I am looking forward to sharing some knowledge and fishing time with Tom and Terry. I fully expect the winning fish for that group to be over 50 lbs.
